We are looking for a team oriented, hardworking BDC Representative in our Business Development Centre to join our dynamic team! This position is offered on a part-time basis, with the incumbent working every morning Monday to Friday with the possibility of additional hours as required.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Schedule, log and confirm appointments with customers for our dealerships – Huntsville Honda, Hyundai of Muskoka and Huntsville Dodge
Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication)
Answer inbound calls and respond to all customer inquiries promptly and effectively follow up with customers of Muskoka region dealerships
Update the CRM system with information regarding all verbal communication with customers
Learn pertinent dealership processes
Communicate relevant issues with the Service Managers
Perform outbound campaigns and comply with customer handling and marketing functions
Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers
Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC (Business Development Centre)
Other duties as required by management

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Customer service skills, including diplomacy and friendliness
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
Strong computer skills and a focus on customer service
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Must be willing to be flexible with the work schedule
Experience with PBS or CDK software is helpful
Ideally, 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive service industry
