We are looking for a team oriented,
hardworking Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will provide
exceptional customer service while selling vehicle parts and conveying
information about automotive repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.

Here’s
what you’ll deliver:
- Taking
orders for parts by telephone or in person at the technician and retail
counters and through wholesale accounts.
- Staging
orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Assisting
in collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control.
- Keeping
department forms, menus, and pricing guides up to date.
- Maintaining
high customer satisfaction standards.
- Following
dealership safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations and policies.
- Other
duties as required by management.
What you need to
succeed:
- Must
have a valid G or G2 Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- High
school diploma
- Experience
in retail or service industry with solid customer relationship management skills
- Computer
skills
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, combined with effective time
management and organizational skills.
- Experience
in PBS and manufacturer’s online catalogues are assets
