Here’s What You’ll Deliver:

Detailing: 

·         Washing exterior of customer vehicles 

·         Wax and wipe or buff surface with non-abrasive products 

·         Vacuum inside, dust and clean any debris from the vehicle 

·         Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate cleaners, applicators and cleaning equipment 

·         Clean engine compartment 

·         Apply dressing to vehicle tires and clean rims   

·         Launder Detailing cloths and rags as needed 

·         Monitor Detailing Supply Levels. See Sales Manager for supply ordering 

Sales Support: 

·         Maintain Used Car line up (clean, plate frames, fuel level) 

·         Ensure showroom vehicles are polished and free of fingerprints 

·         Customer entrance doorways (Sales & Service) are cleaned daily 

·         Customer lounge is kept tidy and free of garbage 

·         Customer bathrooms are kept tidy and stocked with proper supplies 

·         Shuttle for dealer trades and for customers when required. 

·         Assist sales department as needed (fueling, vehicle pick up/ drop offs) 

·         Sweep and tidy the showroom and shop, empty garbage on a schedule 

·         Count dealer plates at end of day 

·         Pick up and Drop off Ministry of Transportation documents  

Other Duties: 

·         Snow shoveling and salting doorways (winter) and summer grounds maintenance 

·         Assist snow clearing vehicles when needed    

·         Check with Service Manager prior to 5 pm re which vehicles are being left unlocked/locked in service parking 

What You Need to Succeed:

·         Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

·         Able to do heavy lifting 

·         Excellent interpersonal skills 

·         Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

·         Ability to work under pressure 

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills 

·         Reliable and punctual, able to positively contribute to a results-oriented and customer-focused team

·         Detailing experience is an asset

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $18 per hour
